The proposed one-time payment is an advance credit toward a first eligible nail service after lawful opening. It is not an appointment, membership payment or permission for ongoing charges.

The proposed offer provides a full $25 refund if the studio cannot open by a specific published deadline. That deadline, refund timing, eligibility and cancellation terms must be finalized before payments are accepted.

The current proposal is manual month-to-month renewal. Memberships are not for sale; final agreements and separate customer consent are required.
